Parking's a Breeze

Leave the midtown parking madness behind. With nearly 200 free spaces you'll never have to circle the block. And for those extra busy nights, a free lot is just around the corner.

Bike Parking

If you're rolling up on two wheels, ample bike parking is conveniently located on the west side of the Plaza entrance.

Getting Here

The loading zone for ride shares is located on the south side of the Plaza along Grove Street. RT riders are in quick walking distance of nearby bus stops.

Why is the smaller parking lot white?

The parking lot along Grove Street is being used by City Hall as a pilot project to test an innovative technology called Cool Pavement. The reflective coating this parking lot received is expected to reduce temperatures as much as 10° to 30°, and extends the life of the asphalt by about 7 years. The Cool Pavement lot supports the City's efforts to develop cost effective, sustainable transportation solutions to mitigate climate change impacts such as urban heat islands. Pretty cool, huh?

    12 hour minimum

    • Residents and Non-profits: $1,800 (additional hour: $150 per hour)  
    • Non-resident/Commercial business: $1,980 (additional hour: $165 per hour)

  • Off-Peak Days (Monday-Thursday)

    4 hour minimum

    • Residents and Non-profits: $125 per hour
    • Non-resident/Commercial business: $140 per hour

  • Staffing (optional)

    • $70 per hour, per staff member
